2016广州设计周共生形态馆以“城”为题。设计师意图通过对角线的造型建立一个既非垂直又非水平的空间关系，将进入此空间的人置于“封闭”与“开阔”的矛盾之间，这种在心理上产生的不痛快感反映的恰好是现代都市的矛盾与简单表象下的复杂关系。装置通过手影展现动物“存在”和“失去”的状态，与自然共生当然是美好愿望，但人类到底能为此付出多大的代价？

At 2016 Guangzhou Design Week, the C&C Design Pavilion takes “City” as its theme. The designer intends to establish a spatial relationship that is neither vertical nor horizontal through the diagonal shape, placing people entering the space in the contradiction between “enclosure” and “openness”. This subtle psychological discomfort precisely reflects the contradictions of modern cities and the complex relationships beneath their seemingly simple surface. The installation uses hand shadows to show the “existence” and “loss” states of animals. While symbiosis with nature is undoubtedly a beautiful aspiration, how much price can humans actually pay for it?
