项目定位为“城市展厅”，位于老中南城的一楼，除了作为中南置地之于这座城市的门户，也是未来与访客对话的第一个交界面，更希望通过公共空间的打造，为城市引领美好的价值。

基于中南城儿童及青少年教育的改造运营定位，展厅以“阅时光”为名，设定为公益性、全民性的城市阅读中心，联合大众书局，共同构建融合实体书店、美学生活、文艺沙龙等于一体的城市阅读空间。

Positioned as an “Urban Exhibition Hall”, the project is located on the first floor of the old Central South City. It not only serves as the gateway of Central China Land to this city, but also acts as the first interface for future dialogues with visitors. More importantly, it aims to lead the city towards positive values through the creation of public spaces.
Based on the renovation and operation orientation of children and youth education in Central South City, the exhibition hall is named “Reading Time” and positioned as a public-welfare, city-wide urban reading center. It cooperates with Popular Book Mall to jointly build an urban reading space integrating physical bookstores, aesthetic life experiences, art salons and other functions.
