项目所处的珠海位于珠江入海口西岸，是“五门”之水汇流入海处，地理位置优越，与横琴隔海相望并可眺望澳门。结合滨海这个区位的稀缺性以及大湾区优势和地域文化，设计从海洋探索出发，以“潜行者”这一独特视角为线，将一个充满冒险精神的故事构架融汇于空间之中。

通过抽象与超现实手法，售楼部“生长”出如自然的生态环境，形成一个微型海底世界。

Located on the west bank of the Pearl River Estuary, Zhuhai, where the waters of the “Five Gates” converge into the sea, boasts a superior geographical location. It faces Hengqin across the sea and overlooks Macao. Combining the scarcity of its coastal location, the advantages of the Greater Bay Area and local regional culture, the design starts from ocean exploration, taking the unique perspective of “Diver” as the main line, and integrates an adventure-filled story framework into the space.
Through abstract and surreal techniques, the sales center “grows” a natural ecological environment, forming a miniature underwater world.
