本项目坐落于广州番禺石碁南地铁站之侧，毗邻繁华，交通便利，主要面向周边及市中心的青年上班族群体。 建筑就像菲利普约翰逊的玻璃屋一样通透轻盈建在在一块开阔的草坪上，河涌从侧边流过自然环境优美。

设计策略旨在满足新青年对未来生活的期待，打造充满现代感与活力的“青年生活场”。 融合年轻市集、烟火气息与轻度假空间，营造亲近自然的休闲场所。人们可漫步绿意草坪，享受阳光，放松身心，感受现代都市的便捷与自然的宁静，体验惬意的享乐时光。

This project sits right beside Shiji South Metro Station in Panyu, Guangzhou, boasting a prime location adjacent to bustling city areas with highly accessible transport, mainly targeting young office workers in surrounding neighborhoods and the downtown core.
Just like Philip Johnson’s Glass House, the building features a transparent, lightweight design, erected on an open lawn with a river stream flowing alongside, surrounded by a beautiful natural setting.

The design strategy is tailored to meet young people’s expectations for future life, creating a vibrant, modern “Youth Living Hub”. It integrates a youthful market, down-to-earth daily vibes and light resort-style spaces to build a leisure venue close to nature. Visitors can stroll on the green lawn, soak up the sunshine, unwind, and experience the convenience of the modern city and the tranquility of nature, enjoying a pleasant, relaxing time.
