“清坐让人无俗气，虚堂终日转温风”。是中国人对“空”和“虚”在哲学层面的深刻体会。“做减法，不炫技，简简单单，干干净净”是业主方保利对项目设计的把握，也是共生形态在该项目室内设计中的指导原则——不考虑奢华的装饰性，只在表达一些在地化特色的基础上，作清简的表达。设计的主要空间在卧室，用干净洗练的线条建立一个清简恍如隐约存在的空间关系，融入了潮汕文化背景下的渔村特色的在地化特色，辅以原色为主的软装，力求环境归于质朴真元。从人的视觉角度考虑，人工光与自然光相互渗透，将室内空间与户外互作延伸，营造身处室内，如在户外的氛围。

“Sitting calmly in quietness frees one from vulgarity; the empty hall is filled with warm breeze all day long.” This line embodies the Chinese people’s profound philosophical understanding of “emptiness” and “void”. “Subtracting excess, showing no gimmicks, keeping it simple and uncluttered” is the design principle that the client Poly adheres to for this project, and also the guiding rule for C&C Design in its interior design — no luxurious decorative elements are adopted, only a simple and unadorned expression based on the presentation of local characteristics. The main space of the design lies in the bedrooms, where clean and concise lines build a subtle, nearly ethereal spatial relationship. It integrates the local fishing village characteristics under the Chaoshan cultural background, and is complemented by soft furnishings dominated by primary colors, striving to return the environment to its plain and authentic essence. From the perspective of human vision, artificial light and natural light interpenetrate each other, extending the interior space and the outdoor scenery mutually, creating an atmosphere where people feel as if they are outdoors even when staying indoors.
