作为住宅社区的重要配套——幼儿园，设计在一开始便确定将项目前期的营销中心设置于此，这不仅能对日后小区最重要的配套进行实体的空间性演绎，为项目的销售提供情景式体验和目标客群的引流。同时又避免大拆大建的建设浪费，作为日后交付给社区的幼儿园，只需在现有基础上稍作改动，便可继续投入使用，是环保和可持续的设计。

As a key supporting facility of the residential community, the kindergarten was designed to serve as the project’s pre-sale marketing center from the very start. This not only enables a tangible spatial presentation of the community’s most important future supporting facility, providing immersive scenario-based experiences for property sales and attracting target customer groups. Meanwhile, it avoids the waste caused by large-scale demolition and reconstruction. As the kindergarten to be delivered to the community later, it can be put into continuous use with only minor modifications on the existing basis, making it an eco-friendly and sustainable design.
