在城市增量渐冷，存量更新渐显的趋势下，中国奥园集团投身三旧改造大潮中，并以珠三角为核心进驻全国三十多城，成就多个精品案例。2019年，共生形态应邀担纲中国奥园城市更新展厅设计，包含展览策划、空间设计、多媒体展示与陈设艺术的全案设计工作，呈现其探寻中国城市更新有效途径的实践成果。

项目以“川流”为主题，展厅从四个节点剖析奥园的探索：源，饮水思源，源远流长，展现对历史与本原的思考；汇，江流汇聚，百川到海，表现奥园的内涵与积累；瀚，浩瀚无垠，延绵不绝，寓意城市不断发展的宏伟远景；泽，泽荫后世，百世流芳，是先行者对社会与后世的责任。观者行走其中，通过一个个具体的案例，能更真实地感受到脚下这片土地，洞见其变迁的过往和将要抵达的未来。

Against the trend of slowing urban incremental development and booming stock renewal, China Aoyuan Group has engaged in the “three-old” renovation wave. Centered on the Pearl River Delta, it has expanded to over 30 cities nationwide and delivered multiple premium projects. In 2019, C&C Design was commissioned to complete the full design of China Aoyuan Urban Renewal Exhibition Hall, covering exhibition planning, spatial design, multimedia display and furnishing art, to present its practical outcomes in exploring effective urban renewal approaches.

Titled “Flowing River”, the exhibition hall interprets Aoyuan’s exploration through four dimensions: Source (reflections on history and origin), Confluence (Aoyuan’s accumulated strength), Vastness (grand vision of urban development) and Benevolence (responsibility for future generations). Walking through the space with real cases, visitors can gain a tangible insight into the land’s past transformations and upcoming future.
