借助现代中央空调技术和玻璃幕墙技术在摩天大楼中的运用，巨兽如同具有了新陈代谢的内循环，使得身在其中的人的身体不再受自然因素（光照、温度、湿度以及风雨）的限制，这使得在楼层平面的布置中，遵循着“景观视野”这一唯一的标准。贴近幕墙的外围排布着董事会、高管、接待、经理等办公区，而靠向核心筒的内则是公共办公、会议、后勤等功能。设计采用电雾化玻璃隔断，在满足功能的同时，解决了公共办公区的采光和借景。

With the application of modern central air conditioning and glass curtain wall technologies in skyscrapers, the giant building gains a metabolic internal circulation, freeing people inside from the constraints of natural factors such as sunlight, temperature, humidity, wind and rain. This makes “landscape view” the only criterion for floor layout. Office areas for the board of directors, senior executives, reception and managers are arranged along the outer side close to the curtain wall, while functional zones like open offices, meeting rooms and logistics are placed near the core tube. The design adopts electrochromic glass partitions, which meets functional requirements while solving the lighting and view borrowing demands of the open office area.
