项目位于成都龙泉驿大运会主场馆附近，面朝东安湖及各大主会馆，拥揽绝佳的景观视野。本案将原本一楼的营销中心推向十五层，赋予其绝佳的高层视角。而一楼则以社区生活配套服务为理念，成为集合咖啡、茶饮、健身为一体的社区休闲服务会所，兼顾社交娱乐功能的同时，也为高层空间的输送，完成人群高质量的粘性汇集。Located near the main stadium of Chengdu Universiade in Longquanyi District, the project faces Dong’an Lake and major main venues, boasting a superb landscape view. This project moves the original 1st-floor marketing center to the 15th floor, endowing it with an excellent high-rise perspective. Meanwhile, the 1st floor follows the concept of community life supporting services, becoming a community leisure club integrating coffee, tea and fitness. While taking into account social and entertainment functions, it also gathers high-viscosity high-quality crowds to support the high-rise space.
