作为办公空间前区（公共区域）的设计，设计师在空间中置入了一个向四面伸展的爆炸形装置，如同一个多个方向的漏斗，连接着各个不同的功能空间，成为交通核的同时又为各个空间提供釆光与通风。倾斜的黑白构图打破一些平衡，形成一些视错觉，活跃了空间气氛。

在后区（工作区域）的设计中，设计师则把握住功能流线、秩序清晰，空间简洁、干净的原则，用较为克制的适度设计与根据现有空间条件对症下药的轻量介入理念，只保持为公司人员习惯好用的常态化格局。使大家在搬迁之后不必花费太多精力去重新适应环境，而能迅速安心的投入工作。尽可能的开放式办公能保持各部门之间的高效运转。

For the design of the front public area of the office space, the designer installs an outward-exploding device extending in all directions. Like a multi-directional funnel, it connects different functional spaces, acts as the traffic core, and provides lighting and ventilation for each space. The tilted black-and-white composition breaks the original balance, creates visual illusions and enlivens the spatial atmosphere.
In the design of the rear working area, the designer adheres to the principles of clear functional circulation, distinct order and simple, uncluttered space. With restrained, moderate design and a lightweight intervention concept tailored to the existing spatial conditions, it only maintains a conventional layout that fits the staff’s usage habits. This allows employees to settle into work quickly without extra adaptation efforts after relocation. The maximized open-plan office ensures efficient operation across all departments.
