作为“一半公园一半城”的国际人文住宅区，公园化的公共设施已然成为日常，因而在样板间的策略上，设计师更倾向于人文与艺术的表达，为这一地处大学城附近的生活方式，提供一个可期待的样本。

Yuexiu · Innovation City · Heyue Mansion is located in the south bank area of Panyu International Innovation City, east of the Panyu Campus of Jinan University. It boasts high-quality educational resources and a profound humanistic heritage. Meanwhile, it sits right by the Pearl River with unique natural advantages — it not only owns an oversized central park, but also extends the natural landscape all the way to the riverside park.
As an international humanistic residential area of “half park, half city”, park-style public facilities have become part of daily life. Therefore, in the design strategy of the show flat, the designer leans more towards the expression of humanity and art, providing an anticipated lifestyle sample for the community near the university town.
